And in the HKeys, click on the plus, go to Software, then Microsoft, Then Windows, Then CurrentVersion, Then RUN, click on The folder of RUN, look for ThinkPoint. This popped up on my bosses computer this morning and we had no idea that it was malware. Install a good anti-spyware software When there's a large number of traces of Spyware, for example ThinkPoint, that have infected a computer, the only remedy may be to automatically run a Closing hotfix with the task manager is the only thing that works so far. More information on SpyHunter. I was foolish to fall for that ThinkPoint crap but smart enough to not buy it or anything like that. Outdated viruses databases are not effective and can't guarantee adequate protection and security for your PC! Thank you so much for saving my laptop and saving me so much time!!

Try to restart your computer is safe mode with networking and try again. after I do end on hotfix.exe and go to run and type explorer.exe it says i do not have permission. ThinkPoint along with its variants can install in different locations and even when you try to uninstall it you find they reappear when you reboot your computer.
